The apartment was incredibly modern and spacious, with big rooms and ample lighting. the location was fantastic, close to the center and convenient for exploring. the host was very helpful and made the check-in process easy.

There was only one shower available, which could be inconvenient for larger groups.

We really enjoyed the trip here. The staff was amicable at all times. It was located in a lovely area just off the airport, nice restaurants and bars and the old town,.

Easy key collection and check-out process. Had A/C - which was perfect for the hot weather. Amazing location - just meters from the Old Market Square and great restaurants. Caring host who made the place special. Safe with a mix of new and old vibes. Host let us leave our luggage when we arrived early and allowed us to check in as soon as the apartment was ready. Unforgettable experience.

We had a very lovely stay in Krakow just off main square, centre and old town. It was in the heart of the city, only 400 metres from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

I had an incredible stay at Krzyza Residence. the apartment was modern, spacious, and well-lit, with big rooms and beautiful furnishings. Despite being a group of eight people, we had plenty of space. the location was perfect, close to the center and only a few blocks from St Mary's church. the elevator was functional, which made getting to the third floor much easier. the check-in process was smooth, and our host was kind and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose this place again. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay here! 😊.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located apartment in Krakow. The value for money was unbeatable, and the room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully renovated with stunning views of St Mary's Basilica. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even waiting for me despite my delayed train. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Krzyza Residence during a layover in Krakow, and I found it to be an excellent choice for transit purposes. The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, John Paul II International Krakow-Balice, was incredibly convenient. With only a 25 km distance between the two, I was able to reach the hotel in no time and catch my next flight without any hassle. Krzyza Residence's location being 1.1 km from Kraków Main was a huge advantage, as it allowed me to easily explore the city and make the most of my short stay.

Our apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It was super spacious and modern, with jaw-droppingly comfortable beds. The living space was great, and the facilities like the Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and cookware were top-notch. We also loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, and despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet. Our host was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. They even arranged a paid airport shuttle for us, which was a huge help. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if we visit the city in the future.
